Interior Design Was Always Part of the Vision. Renovation Became the Specialty.

Indigo Day Designs began in interior design, but as my projects became more renovation-focused, my role naturally expanded. I was reworking floor plans, developing complete designs and working directly with contractors and trades to bring them to life.

That experience showed me a gap in the renovation process.

Design and construction were often treated as separate parts of the project, even though the success of one depended on the other. And as important decisions continued through construction, there wasn’t always someone responsible for carrying the original vision through.

This became the foundation of Indigo Day Designs.

Today, we bring design and renovation together—developing the vision, working through the details, specifying and securing materials, and staying connected to the project through construction.

More Than a Decade of Designing — and Renovating —Homes.

I’m Jane Norris, founder and principal designer of Indigo Day Designs.

I began my interior design career in Los Angeles and brought Indigo Day Designs to Colorado in 2017. Since then, my work has grown to include more than 100 residential renovations.

That experience changed the way I see a home.

Rather than looking at individual rooms, I look at the architecture, floor plan, proportions, circulation and relationship between spaces.

We design the house as a whole.

In a substantial renovation, changing one part of a home often affects another. The best decisions are made with an understanding of where the entire home is going.

That perspective guides every project we take on, wherever the home may be.

One Approach. Two Colorado Markets.

Indigo Day Designs works throughout Castle Rock, Castle Pines and South Denver, as well as Colorado’s High Country.

The homes and settings may be different, but our approach is the same: understand the property, develop a clear direction and carry it thoughtfully through the renovation.

Your Renovation Starts With a Clear Direction.

Whether you’re planning a whole-home project, transforming a single space, or something in between, we can help you determine the best way forward.

Start the Conversation

Every project starts with a 90-minute in-home consultation ($500). A working meeting, not a sales call. We walk your home together, talk about what you're hoping to accomplish, and follow up within a week with a written proposal tailored to your project.
