This is our most comprehensive service.
We develop the complete design for your renovation, including space planning, materials, finishes, fixtures, cabinetry, lighting and the details that bring the entire home together.
Once the design is established, we manage sourcing and procurement and work with contractors and trades as the project moves into construction.
We remain involved throughout the renovation—answering design questions, resolving details as they arise and helping keep the project moving toward the finished vision.
The result is one cohesive plan carried from the first design decisions through construction and completion.

If you already have a contractor or plan to manage the renovation yourself, we can create the complete design and documentation needed to move confidently into construction.
We develop the design direction, space planning, materials, finishes, fixtures, cabinetry, lighting and other selections needed for your project.
Depending on the scope, your design plan may also include drawings, elevations, schedules and specifications that clearly communicate the design to your contractor and trades.
You receive a complete renovation plan so the major decisions are made before construction begins.

Building a new home involves hundreds of decisions, often within a tight timeline. We help you navigate each selection with clarity so every element works together and your home feels cohesive from the start.
We guide the selection of cabinetry, countertops, flooring, tile, lighting, plumbing fixtures, paint colors and other interior finishes while collaborating with your builder and vendors throughout the process.
The scope of support is tailored to your home, your builder’s process and the level of guidance you need.
