BackCountry is one of Highlands Ranch's newest and most striking communities — a 24/7 gated enclave built from 2008 onward, bordering over 8,000 acres of preserved open space, with dramatic mountain views and resort-style amenities anchored by the Sundial House. Homes here were built by Shea, Toll Brothers, and other quality builders to a high standard — but high-standard builder finishes are still builder finishes. Falcon Hills
