For larger renovations, we start by defining exactly what your project involves and what it will cost, so you can decide how to move forward with confidence, before you invest in full design.

Renovating a single kitchen or bath, or building new with a builder already in place? You'll skip this step and go straight to a fixed design proposal.

Managed to Completion
Once a design is finished, most homeowners become the project manager without meaning to: chasing the contractor, tracking deliveries, answering questions on site. We do that for you.
During construction, my team and I:
Bring in the right builder or trades for your project, and review their bids with you
Order your materials and track every delivery
Schedule and coordinate the work, so each trade arrives in the right order
Visit the site every week and check the work against the design
Review invoices against your budget before you pay them
Handle questions and problems on site, and bring you only the decisions that are yours
The builders and trades do the building. We make sure it's built as designed, and keep the schedule and budget on track.
On larger projects, you hire the builder directly and we work alongside them. On smaller ones, we coordinate the trades ourselves.Fixed Fees. No Surprises.
Our fees are fixed and quoted in writing before any work begins. We don't charge a percentage of your budget, so we never earn more when your project costs more. Our only job is to protect your design, your budget, and your timeline.

The costliest mistakes in a new build come from design decisions made too late. We work alongside your builder to make every interior decision in sequence, so selections are final before they're needed on site.

With Design + Renovation Leadership, we handle everything from the first sketch to the final walkthrough: the design and drawings, every finish and fixture selection, choosing trusted builders and trades (or working with yours), reviewing bids, managing the budget and schedule, ordering and tracking materials, and visiting the site every week to solve problems before they reach you.
You make the decisions that matter to you. We take care of the rest.

What do you handle for me?

Your home is designed completely before construction begins. Every selection and detail is decided up front, so you know what your home will look like and what it will cost before the first wall comes down.
We stay until it's built. Many designers hand off a plan and step away. We manage the project through construction, so what gets built is what we designed.
You work with me. I lead every project personally, with a dedicated team behind me.
We charge $500 for the initial consultation which will be credited towards your design fee if we move forward within 30 days of the proposal. Design is a flat project fee based on your scope. Design is a flat project fee based on your scope. Project leadership is a flat monthly fee during construction. Both are quoted in writing before work begins.
