II’m Jane Norris, founder and principal designer of Indigo Day Designs. For more than 10 years, I’ve helped homeowners recognize the full potential of their properties and make confident, informed decisions about what comes next.
I understand that a successful real estate experience often requires more than completing the transaction. Sellers may need experienced guidance to determine which improvements will make their home more appealing, market-ready, and positioned to achieve the strongest possible sales price. Buyers may love a property but struggle to envision how it could be updated to better support their lives.
For listing clients, I evaluate the home through the eyes of a prospective buyer and identify the improvements most likely to strengthen its presentation and perceived value. From paint, lighting, flooring, and repairs to larger design updates, I help create a focused plan that prioritizes the right work without over-improving the property.
I have an established network of trusted contractors and trades who can complete the necessary work. Rather than leaving your client with a list of recommendations and the burden of coordinating them, I can help move the plan forward and prepare the home for market.
For buyers, I provide experienced design and renovation insight before or after closing. I help clients understand what is possible, identify potential challenges, establish priorities, and create a clear path for transforming the property into a home that truly works for them.
